Robinson & Hackemer Funeral Home has been serving Warsaw area families for years. We are honored to be a part of the rich history of this community and plan to be a part of it for many years to come.
Robinson & Hackemer Funeral Home was established in 1991 at its present location at 246 North Main Street in Warsaw, NY. The funeral home is on the site of the former Doody homestead. The building incorporates parts of the old residence along with a spacious addition which includes a large chapel and an open foyer. By design, it is a step free facility and offers on site parking.
The owners are Joe Robinson and Jay Hackemer, both graduates of Warsaw Central School Class of 1974. Joe Robinson is a graduate of the State University of New York at Canton and received additional training at the State University of New York at Geneseo. Jay Hackemer is a graduate of Hudson Valley Community College and received additional training at the University of North Carolina. Each has over 40 years of experience in serving families. Joe and Jay are both active in a variety of civic activities and believe community service is a cornerstone of their philosophy.
Our staff includes Peter Robinson and Kelly Keough, experienced licensed funeral directors who were born and raised in the Warsaw community. Peter is a graduate of American Academy McAllister Institute in NYC and Kelly is a graduate of the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. Peter and Kelly are proud of their commitment to the community and the families they serve.
Commitment to service and professionalism are the guiding forces behind our funeral home. There is nothing more important to us than the trust a family places in our ability to help guide them through a most difficult time. Our goal is to work with each family to provide the service that fits their needs with dignity and honor at a reasonable cost.
