William Graham, Jr.

Age 90, a resident of the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mt. Morris, formerly of the Town of Covington, passed away on June 28, 2017 at the nursing facility.

He was born March 3, 1927 in the Town of Covington, NY son of the late William, Sr. and Emeline Kendall Graham. Mr. Graham owned and operated a family farm in Covington for many years. He enjoyed being outdoors, mowing his lawn, flower gardening and taking care of his property. He was a thoughtful person always willing to do for others. Mr. Graham was a longtime member of the Covington United Methodist Church.

He was predeceased by his wife, Shirley Gell Graham who died in 2009 and his sons, Joel Graham who died in 1974 and David Graham who died in 1984.

Surviving are his daughters, Kathy (James Langille) Graham of Pavilion, Susan (Dennis) DeLaVergne of Perry, Christine (Richard) Coyle of Pavilion; grandchildren, Graham Langille, Beth (Matthew) Hunt, Adam DeLaVergne, Jessica Miller and Joshua Miller; two great grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Kendall Graham.

There are no calling hours. Mr. Graham?s memorial service will be held Sunday, July 2 at 2 PM at the Covington United Methodist Church, 1557 Simmons Rd., Town of Covington. Private burial will be in Mt. Ash Cemetery, Covington. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Covington United Methodist Church, 1557 Simmons Rd., Perry, NY 14530 or Livingston County Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation, 11 Murray Hill Dr., Mt. Morris, NY 14510. Arrangements are being completed by Harmon-Watson Funeral Home, Castile.
