William H. Fladie

Age 84, of Warsaw, passed away at Wyoming County Community Hospital on July 24, 2024.

Bill was born June 30, 1940 in Warsaw, son of the late Harold and Marian Lemley Fladie. He was a graduate of Perry Central School, Class of 1959. Bill was a dairy farmer for many years. Upon retirement, he became a courier for the Bank of Castile.

Along with his parents, Bill is predeceased by a brother, Tom Fladie and a sister, Betty Pratt.

He is survived by his wife of sixty-five years, Rebecca Stuart Fladie; his brothers, Chuck (Cindy) Fladie, Steve Fladie; his sisters, Donna Freeth, Mary (Terry) Daniel; his children, Jane (Tom) Gebel, Suzanne Parton Meeder, David (Sue) Fladie, Lora (Rich) Tiede; nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

As per Bill’s wishes, there will be no visitation. Arrangements are being completed by Robinson and Hackemer Funeral Home, Warsaw. Memorials can be made in Bill’s name to the New York FFA Foundation, 9340 Long Pond Road, Croghan, NY 13327.
