Age 68, of Warsaw, passed away on January 23, 2025 at Wyoming County Skilled Nursing Facility in Warsaw.
He was born on February 12, 1956 in Rochester, son of the late Louis and Glenna “Shirley” Foster. Steve owned his own bakery in LeRoy before moving on to work as a baker at Tim Horton’s in Batavia, in which he retired after 20 years. He enjoyed bowling, hunting, and was an avid San Francisco 49ers fan.
Along with his parents, Steve is predeceased by his step-mother, Joan Foster.
He is survived by his life partner, Lucinda Hewson of Warsaw; his daughters, Ashley (Ryan) Alexander of LeRoy, Tanya Kingsbury; his sons, Jarrod (Emma) Foster of Avon, Steven (Veronica) Skerrett of Irondequoit; his siblings, Dennis (Donna) Foster of Batavia, Howard Foster of Lyons, Deborah Foster of Perry; his step siblings, Cathy and Bonnie. His grandchildren, Harper and Layton Alexander, Aliyah and Lily Foster, and several other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
There are no services for Steven per his request. Arrangements are being completed by Robinson and Hackemer Funeral Home, Warsaw.
