Robert Russell Wilcox

Age 74, of Warsaw passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 5, 2022, surrounded by his family, at Buffalo VA Medical Center in Buffalo, New York.

Bob was born December 7th, 1947 in Cuba, NY, son of the late Robert and Eleanor Crane Wilcox. After graduating high school, Bob became a proud member of the United States Air Force, where he served our country for nearly six years. After his time in the military, Bob became a computer programmer, working at M&T Bank in Buffalo for many years where he was an officer of his branch. His hobbies included taking rides in his convertible, wildlife photography, and working on his computer. Bob was most known for his dry sense of humor, his intelligent quick wit, and his devotion to his family. Most of all though, Bob enjoyed being a grandfather to his five grandchildren.

Bob is survived by his children, Tina (Chad) Mileham of Wyoming, Erika (Drew) Muehlig of Elba, NY, and Robb Wilcox of Wyoming; his former spouse, Pat Wilcox of Warsaw; his grandchildren, Ryan Mileham, Allison Mileham, Madison Muehlig, Caden Muehlig, and Holly Wilcox.

Close friends and family may call on Saturday, June 11, 2022 from 11AM to 12PM at Robinson and Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 N. Main St., Warsaw. Bob 's memorial service with military honors will be held immediately following the visitation at 12PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge, 1101 Casey Road, Basom, NY 14013.
