Ramona A. Kelly

Age 90, of Perry Center, passed away peacefully at home July 29, 2019.

She was born November 22, 1928 in Corfu, NY, the daughter of the late Earl and Laura Patroni Amidon. She was a member of First Congregational Church of Perry Center as well as a former member of the Order of Eastern Star and the Perry Grange. Ramona also loved to be around horses, reading and traveling.

Ramona is predeceased by her husband, L. Erwood Kelly whom she married in 1951; a daughter, Diane L. Kelly; her brother, Douglas D. Amidon; two sisters, Norma L. McClurg and Thelma G. Crittenden.

She is survived by her two sons, Douglas J. (Darla) Kelly and Marshall L. (Suzan) Kelly both of Perry; a daughter, Marianne E. Kelly of Perry; two sisters, Lois A. Kelly of Perry and Patricia E. Parness of Batavia; 8 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

Friends may call Friday August 2, from 2-4 and 6-9 at Robinson and Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 N. Main St., Warsaw. Ramona’s funeral service will be held Saturday, August 3 at 11 am at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Prospect Hill Cemetery in Perry Center immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in her name to the First Congregational Church of Perry Center, 7205 Perry Center Rd., Perry, NY 14530 or the Perry Center Fire Department, 2819 Rt. 246, Perry, NY 14530.
