Patricia M. Swain

Age 68, of Route 19A, Castile, died November 20, 2013 at the Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw.

She was born September 7, 1945 in Kingston, PA, daughter of the late Forrest and Marie Banks Sands. Patricia worked as a printer at Champion Products for several years. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed crafts, bingo, camping and being outdoors.

Surviving are her husband of 47 years, Gerald Swain, whom she married on March 12, 1966; her children, Debbie (Curtis Curry) Skiver of Hunt, Duane (Mildred) Skiver of Bliss, Francis (Christy) Skiver of Olean, Carrie Unterberger of Bliss; her brothers, Dennis (Lorreta) Sands of Florida, Kevin (Minerva) Sands of Portville; her sister, Karen (Lee) Konen of Olean; 12 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Sunday, November 24 from 3 ? 7 PM at the Harmon-Watson Funeral Home, 35 N. Main St., Castile where her funeral service will be held Monday at 1 PM. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Silver Springs. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor?s choice.
