Nicolas (Nico) Tyler Stutes

Age 25, of Retsof, passed away on September 20, 2023 in Covington, NY.

Nicolas was born on October 3, 1997 in New Iberia, LA to the late Eric Stutes and Christine Rupp Stutes Titus of Livonia, NY. He enjoyed playing video games, drawing comics, canoeing, snowboarding, hiking, parasailing, sky-diving, and motorcycles.

Nico was kind-hearted and full of life. He was joyous, loving, and loyal. He loved living life with his “Gab” and hanging out with his family and friends. He was up for nearly any adventure. He loved his dog, Ripley and his cat, Papa. Nico was a beloved son, a good brother, a loving fiancé, and a friend to anyone that met him.

He is survived by his parents, Christine and Aaron Titus of Livonia; fiancée; Gabriella Duemmel of Retsof; siblings, Jonathon (Katie George) Stutes of Wyoming, Jenna (Austin) Darling of Rochester, Christian Stutes of Wyoming, Sadie Stutes of Retsof; nieces, Evelyn and Elle; maternal grandfather, William Rupp (Gale) of SC; maternal grandmother, Kathleen (David) Wood of Newport News, VA; paternal grandparents, Richard and Rebecca Stutes of Lake Charles, LA; paternal grandparents, Sally and Randall Speed of Wyoming; paternal uncles, Michael (Leslie) Stutes of Lake Charles, LA; Andrew (Korine) Speed of Perry; Stephen (Jolinda) Speed of Warsaw, IN; maternal aunts, Jennie (Jesse) Rupp of Perry, Katerina Sanders of Newport News, VA; maternal uncle, Timothy (Jan) Rupp of Winchester, VA. He was the son of  the late Eric Stutes of Louisiana and the grandson of the late Christa Rupp.
