Nancy A. Proefrock

Age 80, of Warsaw, passed away on October 4, 2021 at the Wyoming County Community Hospital, Warsaw.

She was born March 13, 1941 in Batavia, NY to the late Kenneth and Edith Barber Perkins.

Nancy was married for 52 years to her late husband, Gerald Proefrock who passed in 2012. She raised her children in Oakfield and Batavia before settling with her husband in Wyoming/Warsaw, NY. She spent most of her life as a housewife and homemaker. She loved and lived for her family. Her greatest joys were found spending time with all of her children and grandchildren.

She is known for her great love for people and her gift of giving. Her greatest love was for Jesus Christ and it showed through her acts of kindness to others and her unconditional love.

Along with her husband, she is preceded in death by her son, Todd Proefrock who passed in 1991.

Surviving are her children, Rodd (Roseanne) Proefrock, Kenneth (Colleen) Proefrock, Carol Frew-Proefrock, Judy (Larry) Dillion; grandchildren, Ryenne (Josh) Smucker, Remi Proefrock, Taniyah, Heaven, Isaiah, Titus, Jacob, Judah, Makenzie (Ryan) King, Cody Proefrock, Kaelin Proefock; 4 great grandchildren.

There are no calling hours. Nancy’s memorial service will be held Saturday, October 16th at 2pm at the Wyoming Baptist Church. All are welcomed.
