Lois A. Washburn

Age 93, of Pike, passed away at home on October 7, 2024.

She was born in Pike, on August 21, 1931, daughter of the late Orin and Lillian Wood Remington. Lois worked as a school bus driver for Letchworth Central School for twenty-eight years before retiring in 1997. In her spare time she enjoyed reading.

Along with her parents, Lois is predeceased by her husband, Richard Washburn; a daughter, Meredith Allbright; her sister, Eleanor Cobb; a grandchild, Jason Allbright; her son-in-laws, David Allbright, David Clark.

She’s survived by her daughters, Marlene Hubbard of Pike, Melva Clark of Sherburne, NY; her sons, Morris (Lori) Washburn of Tennessee, Mitchell (Elaine) Washburn of Portageville; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.

A private burial will be held at East Koy Cemetery. Arrangements are being completed by Robinson and Hackemer Funeral Home, Warsaw.
