Age 90, of Warsaw, passed away on October 15, 2019 at her home under the loving care of her family.
She was born August 9, 1929 in Batavia, NY daughter of the late Henry and Clara Belt Dills. Joyce was a very family oriented person who maintained close relationships with all of her family members. In earlier years, she enjoyed gardening, canning and baking. She was a meticulous housekeeper and enjoyed reading and doing word puzzles and playing Scrabble.
Joyce was predeceased by her husband, Donald W. Fraser who passed away on December 31, 2011.
Surviving are her children, Donald H. (Teri) Fraser of Warsaw, Lynn (James Bloom) Fraser of Easton, PA, Douglas (Marian) Fraser of Red Bank, NJ, Nancy (Kevin Lloyd) Fraser of Woodland Park, CO, Steven (Christine) Fraser of Buffalo; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; her brother, Roger (Eunice) Dills of Hilton; sister-in-law, Marilyn Dills of Batavia; cousins, Evelyn Fraser of Maitland, FL, Betty (Sam) Nevin of York. She was the sister of the late Edwin Dills and cousin of the late Jean Kinney and Barbara Oprean.
Friends and family may call on Saturday, October 19 from 2 – 5 PM at the Robinson & Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 N. Main St., Warsaw to share stories, memories and refreshments in honor of Joyce. Dress is casual. Burial will be in West Bethany Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hillside Children’s Center, 96 W. Buffalo St., Warsaw, NY 14569.
