Heath L. Blaszak

Age 46, of Perry, passed away on October 15, 2023 at home.

He was born on October 14, 1977 in Warsaw, NY to the late Lawrence Blaszak and Darlene Wilcox Blaszak of Castile. Heath was a graduate of Letchworth Central School Class of 1995. Heath worked at CSS Farms in Hermitage, where he loved being out in the fields.

Heath loved the outdoors, listening to music, and going to concerts. He loved having a good time. He enjoyed camping, playing guitar, and motorcycle rides. Heath loved his family dearly, especially his kids. He had a very easy going and happy personality. Heath’s smile was contagious, and he never failed to make people laugh.  

He is predeceased by his father, Lawrence Blaszak, who passed away in 2022.

Heath is survived by his children, Renay and Holden Blaszak of Castile; his mother, Darlene Blaszak of Castile; his siblings, Jarrod (Kristen) Blaszak of Silver Springs, Jennifer (Daniel) Pfeiffer of Silver Springs; nieces; his friend, Cheryl Bookmiller and her son, Lee Bookmiller.
