Dorothy M. Cofield

Age 82, of Warsaw, passed away on November 1, 2022 at the Wyoming County Nursing Facility in Warsaw.

She was born November 12, 1939 in Warsaw, daughter of the late John and Tina Palumbo Alfieri. She was a longtime member of St. Michael’s Church in Warsaw.

Dorothy was predeceased by her husband, Ronald “Joe” Cofield.

Surviving are her children, Robin (Craig) Wilson of Washington state, Trey Palumbo of Rochester, Kelley Caito of LeRoy; grandchildren, Scott Wilson, Cameron Wilson and Joey Caito; her siblings, Anna Batzold of Warsaw, Joseph Alfieri of Livonia, Tom Alfieri of Silver Springs; nieces and nephews.

There are no calling hours. Dorothy’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, November 5 at 10 AM at St. Michael’s Church, Warsaw. Burial will be in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Warsaw. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 444 Liberty Ave., Suite 1300, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Arrangements are being completed by Robinson & Hackemer Funeral Home, Warsaw.
