Doris M. Elliott

Wyoming – Died peacefully on September 27, 2021 at East Side Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Warsaw, NY where she had been for three weeks.

Born January 14, 1932, daughter of the late Henry Sr. and Odelia Schunk Kreutter. She was one of ten and grew up on the family farm in Alexander, NY before marrying Edward J. Relf in 1956. They were married 33 years when he died in 1989.

In 1995 she married Burton J. Elliott who died in 2019.

Doris was loved by all who knew her. She was a compassionate, loving, giving, gentle soul who is now at peace with God. She was strong in her Catholic faith.

Survivors include two daughters, Carol Griffith of Williamsville, Joan (David) Sherman of Wyoming; two grandchildren, Kevin and Jennifer; 4 great grandchildren, Joshua, Matthew, Victoria, and Teresa; sister, Clara (Thomas) Elliott of Attica; brother, John (Jean) Kreutter of Wyoming; several nieces and nephews

Friends may call Friday, October 1 from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 PM at the Robinson & Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 N. Main St., Warsaw. Doris’ Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, October 2 at 10 AM at Mary Immaculate Parish, St. Mary’s Church site, Pavilion. Private burial will be in Pavilion Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mary Immaculate Parish.
