David Anthony Pragle

Age 72, of Warsaw, passed away on October 6, 2022 at Buffalo General Medical Center.

He was born on June 3, 1950 in Dansville to the late Arthur and Viola Wood Pragle. David attended Geneseo Central School where he wrestled and played football. He worked at Warsaw High School in the Maintenance Department. He was a former member of the Wyoming County Veterans Club.

David enjoyed watching the Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bills and listening to all different genres of music. He liked riding motorcycles, deer hunting, cooking, and history.

Along with his parents, David is predeceased by a brother, Larry.

He is survived by his wife, Racene Buchholz Pragle; his children, Scott Pragle and Sabrina Pragle of Warsaw; sister, Dixie Carmody of Avon, and her children, Mark (fiancé, Samantha Davis) Carmody of Dansville, Rodney (Jennifer) Carmody of Avon; brother, John (Sharon) Pragle of Asheville, NC and his children, Luke (Lubia) Pragle of Deerwood, MD, Eric Pragle of Tallahassee, FL; sisters-in-law, Rosemary Shum of Attica, Rebecca Buchholz of Derby, VT.

Friends may call Saturday, October 22nd from 1pm to 2pm at Robinson And Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 N. Main St., Warsaw where David’s memorial service will be held immediately following at 2pm. There will be a celebration of life following the service at 3pm at Shenanigan’s Restaurant, Main St., Warsaw.
