Aldo J. Rivellino , 84 of Warsaw , NY and Lakeland Fl passed away September 5, 2019 with his family around him in love. He is now reunited with the love of his Life, his wife Angela in Paradise.
Born June 22, 1935 to Joseph and Immaculatta Rivellino in addition to being lovingly raised by his Step-Mother Anntoinette Rivellino. Married to Angela E Rivellino ( Muscarella) March 3, 1962 at St, Ambroise church in Rochester Ny, enjoying 57 years together!
After High School, Aldo served with the US Army 101 Airborne Paratrooper in Korea. Upon returning he acquired his Master Barbers license. He also was Quality Control at Ness Machine shop in Warsaw then became a NYS Corrections Officer, retiring from Greenhaven Correctional Facility. He then graduated Elim Bible Institute, ordained as an Assemblies of God Minister, having his parish in Red Hook NY. His full retirement allowed Aldo and Angela to enjoy their senior years with family and friends between Warsaw and Lakeland Fl.
Aldo, a loving husband, father , grand father and Great grand father was adored by all his family and friends unconditionally…the exact same way he showed his love to everyone around him. His charm, humor and outgoing personality lit every room he entered. His wisdom and integrity guided many of us to be the best version of ourselves that we can be. His love for God and dedication to living his life as God wanted him to is an incredible example to all. He will be greatly missed by us all. We are blessed knowing he is in the hands of his Lord and Savior and his beautiful wife.
Preceded in death by his wife Angela E Rivellino ( July 30 1937 - April 10, 2019) , his parents, his brother Louis Rivellino, and his sister Marie Bender. He is survived by his 2 children, Denise M Rivellino and Joseph A Rivellino; his sister Victoria (John ) Nania, his brother Alfonso ( Eleanor ) Rivellino , his sister Kathleen( Joseph) Driffle and his sister in law Caroline ( Louis) Rivellino. 5 grandchildren; Jospeh A ( Chelsea) Rivellino, Andrew E ( Hope Biscoff) Aguado,, Jared M Bailey, Adam J Aguado, Angelica M Aguado and 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
The family will be gathering t Robinson and Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 North Main Street Warsaw NY, Monday September 16th, from 4pm – 7pm with a memorial service immediately following. Any memorial contributions can be made to Mercy Flight ( Buffalo NY ) in Aldo’s name.
